7 keys LED on the Razer Huntsman TE keyboard stopped working

So I just got this problem with my Huntsman TE TKL keyboard. I tried all of the solutions I’ve found online and still no luck. The red led on my Huntsman TE on the 7 key lights up dim resulting in an inappropriate colour, like when i wanted it to glow orange/beige it just glows green and I can’t fix it. The problem occurred when I left the keyboard plugged into my computer overnight and on the next morning it just refuses to work properly (it was working perfectly fine that evening, and the computer was turned off so the keyboard wasn’t lit). I also tried updating firmware but I couldn’t find it anywhere, not even the official Razer website. Please help me, I don’t know what to do and I’m not currently in my home country and I likely won’t go back there in a couple of months where I bought it so I can’t return it, also it’s brand new, like just a few months old.
