Like a couple of others I saw on the discussion board, I won a product off Google Play. Razer sent me an email with a link to "track my order". But when I click on the link, it's a broken link. I've been running around the whole website for days now trying to click on every link to send an email. But every link sends you to the same pages and stuff like "where's my order?" Doesn't work because it just looks through my account and says there's no order there. And since receiving Razer's email, I've been receiving scam text messages saying my order is on the way. And I've had to block every random number that texts me. And I see that Razer doesn't even look at these posts. I'm just posting for others to see the things we gotta go through supporting this company
Synapse keeps logging me out randomly for the past few months. At first, it was not a big deal. It happened only when I restarted my PC. But lately it keeps happening even when I am doing something...I am browsing the internet ? Logout.I am watching movie with friends ? Logout.I am playing online game, and I am in a middle of shoot-out ? Logout.You never expect when it happens. It is just tiresome at this point. Anything I try to do, do not work. Repairing did not fix the problem (https://mysupport.razer.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/4535). Clean installation of Synapse did not work. At this point, I wonder if uninstalling it is not the best option here. I will wait for a fix to this problem. Thank you in advance for your help and response.
Hello to whoever is reading this, I recently bought myself a razer deathadder v3 pro faker edition and I’ve had a few problems with it. My first problem is that my scroll wheel makes some weird noises if I scroll a few times. I haven’t noticed any problems that contribute to this problem while gaming but if I spend $170 on a mouse I would most likely expect the scroll wheel to make normal scroll wheel sounds. My second problem is my mouse button. Specifically the left one. I feel like when I’m pressing down slightly so I don’t complete a full click I feel a “pre-click”. This so call pre-click in my scenario is a tactile bump when I’m slightly clicking down on my mouse. I hope someone is reading this and can support me cause I don’t know what to do. My friend said this was just the shape of the razer deathadder v3 and it was perfectly normal but I would like to make sure.

Hi,I have a Razer Katana Chroma 850W and a AORUS GeForce RTX™ 4070 Ti 12GB XTREME WATERFORCE WB GPU.The GPU has nvidia 12vhpwr adapter PCI-e 3x8pin, but on the Katana there has 2 PCI-E power connector with two chained 2x8pin cable.It is ok if i using this 2 cable 3 connection for the GPU?So, cable 1 use 8pin connection and cable 2 use 2x8pin?Or I should to buy from 12vhpwr to 2x8pin cable adapter? So I bought a blackwidow V3 pro keyboard secondhand and I cannot register it because the site cannot recognise the Serial Number. I have tried replacing the 0’s with O’s and the 1’s with I’s and that didn’t work. Also my product number seems to be missing a few digits. I took a picture but I’m a bit hesitant on posting it publicly.I’ve had no problem registering my other products and I’m a bit unsure about how to contact support since the SN wont register properly so I cannot submit it for a help request - any help would be amazing, thank you :)
Hey, I have a problem with my blackshark v2 pro (2023) when I wanted to set my microphone in Razer Synape and test whether everything worked. I couldn't hear myself on Discord, but I can definitely hear myself without the settings I made have. On my old PC I was always able to hear myself in Razer Synapse during the microphone test without any problems. Unfortunately, on my new one, i dont anyone have a solution?
This post is in reference to the newly released Blackshark console-specific headsets, and their spatial audio tech. The XBOX Headset lists THX Spatial, while the PS5 Headset lists Tempest 3D.However, I was under the impression that Sony's Tempest 3D Audio is device-agnostic - that any stereo headset can use it since the console is doing the Tempest processing, not the headphones. This is echoed by their marketing materials, and has worked so far with other headsets I’ve used with the system.So if that's the case, wouldn't I be able to use the XBOX headset on the PS5 with the same dongle, and get the same spatial audio support that any stereo headset should get from the PS5 system?I don't know how to directly ask someone at Razer, so this seemed to be the next best option. Thanks for any clarification offered.
Hello. I purchased Kraken v3 Hypersense. Synapse software works successfully. However, when I want to update the headset firmware, I get the "firmware update failed" error. Many people are experiencing this problem. How can I solve it?
I have a Nari Ultimate that keeps on disconnecting whenever it is connected to the ps5 with the dongle. it will stay connected for a couple of minutes then it will get disconnected.
