A mouse to replace Ouroboros

I've been using my ouroboros pretty much since it came out. I absolutely love the way it feels and sits in my hand, but it got pretty old and like every good thing, it is nearing its end. Now I'm in market for a new mouse that feels as similar as possible be it the shape or the weight. I obviously prefer a Razer mouse again but/and I am open to all suggestions.

I made a post a while back about what mouses to look for and such. I will try to find it.

That'd be great. Thanks a bunch.
I wish they would release a refreshed version of the mouse. I've made my own blue LED lit version, and my own "chroma" version of the mouse as well, and I'm considering buying a third one to paint white, with blue LED's.

I had to rma my original one twice but that was when it was fairly new, and it's been good since. The one I got from ebay that was an RMA'd unit (this is the one I made blue, I turned my original into the rgb one) works great too.

You can buy motherboards and some cosmetic parts on ebay but not as many as I'd like.

Sadly, I was hoping for these mouse mods to get some attention or something but they went mostly unnoticed. Even posted them on the razer facebook page, and set up a twitter account to share with with them, and got nothing on them. They really did just let the mouse die and move on. Also disappointing that they only take interest in stuff from well known people, or people who post rooms full of razer peripherals and stuff.

So I personally use a lancehead TE mercury white.
It really depends on your price range and what you can afford or how much you want to pay.
Cheaper mouse = DeathAdder or the Abbysus
Midpoint = Lancehead TE or Mamba Elite
Expensive = Naga trinity or a hyperflux combo
The deathadder/abbysus is a great starter mouse. it has limited chroma and DPI. but for the price its pretty good. The lancehead/mamba both have insane chroma and can reach up at 16,000 DPI. I usually play in 9,000 but I will occasionally flip up to 16k. The naga/hyperflux are both great options. The naga is more for MOBA players. and the hyperflux is if the cord bothers you that much. But then again that's why they have a mouse bungee!
Hope this helped...

Honestly, I don't mind the price or whether it is chroma, I think I'd turn off the lights on the mouse anyways. I mostly play at around 400-800 DPI so that isn't a concern either. All I want is something that can somewhat replicate the feel I get when I use my ouroboros because my hand is too used to it by now to switch to another mouse. It's been around 6-7 years after all. For now, lancehead seems to be the best option as they weigh almost the same but I'm still digging. Thanks for the advice.
