Ok, so about 2 years ago I bought a naga. It was a nice mouse and really was what I needed. It was becoming really old so I decided to throw it out and order a new one. I ordered a Naga Epic Chroma this time and guess what happened. I was SCAMMED! Not only did I not receive the product I ordered, I received a fake deathadder! It seems to be the 3.5g edition. It is fake Chinese clone. It really sucks because i threw away the money i collected from my chores. Anyways, does anyone know how to help if this has happened to you before? Thanks!

Did you not order it from the Razerstore or Amazon?

I would recommend contacting the seller and request a refund. If they scammed you, do whatever you can to recoup the loss.

For future to avoid this sort of thing, I'd suggest only buying from authorized Razer resellers: http://www.razerzone.com/pages/razer-resellers

As kajira suggested, contact the seller and see if you can get a refund. If it was somewhere like eBay just contact them and let them know it's not authentic and you should easily get a refund.

That really stinks, I actually almost bought a fake like that on craigslist that is until I looked at the mouse in person the guy was trying to sell me an old trac ball mouse with a razer sticker on it

Now that is real bad. The knockoffs seem to be more sophisticated than that though; at least these knockoffs that I've seen on YouTube seem more advanced than a mouse with an old track ball one.

You should never purchase products from unautorised resellers. If in doubt, buy it on the Razer Store website.
