Account is unauthorized
I was trying to make a purchase in a game called t3 arena and in the middle of the process my account was temporarily locked when I tried to unlock it by reset the password it says that its unauthorized, anyone knows what to do?

It's not the game who says I'm unauthorized , it's razer, i can't even access my account
