Two days ago, I registered my Razer Kraken 7.1 V2 Mercury Edition to my razer account. Since then, I haven't got it yet. Why is that? Thanks for your support.

Hey there! Thanks for sharing this to our support board. Have you received an email regarding a free upgrade to Razer Surround Pro? when and where did you buy the headset? Have you registered your Razer Kraken 7.1 to your Razer ID?

Hey. No, I didn't recive any email about upgrading to surround pro for free. I bought my headset about 2 years ago in Israel and yes, I did registered it four days ago.

Thanks for sharing your details, however, I removed it since you posted it in public. By the way, I have an update from the team. Unfortunately, we are unable to generate Surround Pro codes anymore as the promotion has already ended for the older devices. We can only provide them for the newer devices, namely the Kraken X and the Kraken 2019 Refresh which uses 7.1 Surround Sound.

Your Razer Kraken Essential is part of our older devices. And yes, it is not compatible with 7.1 Surround Sound if my translation to your inquiry is correct.
