Activation code for surround 7.1

Hi,

I bought a Kraken headset a year ago and got ridof the package and the code within.
Now I need the activation code for surround 7.1. I allready registerd my headset but
didn´t get any email with a code.

Can you guys please help me?

Please send me the serial number of your device via PM, along with the email address connected to your Razer ID. I can use those to verify its model and check if you are eligible for a code generation request.

Have you checked the junk/spam folders in your email? Do send me the serial number of your headset via PM, together with the email address associated with your Razer ID.

Do you mind sharing a photo of the error message? Also, include the serial number of your headset and the email address linked to your Razer ID via PM. Save it via Google Drive, then paste the shareable link to your message. Let's continue from there.
