I bought the blackshark v2 x headset new, and cannot utilize the 7.1 surround sound as the code that came with the device is coming back invalid. This is a new purchase and I scratched the card to reveal the code myself, and have entering it every which way, including capitalized, uncapitalized, replacing 1's with I's or zeros with O's. Nothing has worked.

Have a read of the following thread

Unfortunately, lost, stolen, damaged, thrown out Activation codes do not get covered by the RAZER's limited warranty and will be subject to approval.

If the code is somewhat still visible, try using a English US keyboard format.
We have seen in the past other English keyboard format cause some activation issues.

Otherwise, wait for one of the RAZER official stuff for further advice~~~
