Activation code issue.

I had downloaded the separate app for surround 7.1 because I felt the surround isnt working properly. I used the code on 7.1 and that didn't work, so I uninstalled all razer and reinstalled it, on the THX app it now prompts me to input the code again, but the same code obviously doesnt work twice. I only have the one Razer account so I had to have redeemed it on the same account. I really can't shell out another 20$ for getting it when I already should have it. Could someone help?

Allow me to help you with this. Please send me the serial number of your headset via PM, along with the email address linked to your Razer ID. I can use those to verify the model of your device and check if you are eligible for code generation. Also, include a photo of the activation code and the error message. Save it via Google Drive, then paste the shareable link to your message. Let's continue from there.
