So last year I had activated my Electra v2 and I was wondering where the activation code is, the thing is my mother had already thrown out the box (its still active)

If you're referring to the Surround Pro activation code, you'll have to send me a PM with the serial number of your headset along with your email so I can check if there is an existing license attached to your account.

I have an Electra V2 and I have tried to register my headset. I keep getting stuck on the 2nd step where I have to verify my shipping address. The thing is, I didn't have my headset shipped as it was bought at a BestBuy. Is there any other way to register my headset without the address verification process?

No, not really but you can just put in your current address to complete the registration.

It takes up to 2 days for the new system to generate the code. Do send me the serial number of your headset and the email address you used to register it. I'd be happy to help you out.
