Hi i just purchase the Razer Kraken x lite and i didn't get a activation code and i registerd my product so can you help me get my code. And also my microphone wont work im trying to hook it up and its just doing my computer sounds not my voice

If I am correct, activation code is a 20 digit code that comes with the RAZER package.
I believe it is the same as the product number

I just got the Nari Ultimate for Xbox One and I never got a activation code for the 7.1 surround sound. But I use DTS Ultra and it works great with them.

I purchased the Kraken X lite and the activation code is invalid I typed it in 5 times already and its not working. Can someone please help?

Please be aware that the team can no longer generate a Razer Surround Sound Pro code as the promotion has ended for the older devices. It's only available to the newer versions, namely the Razer Kraken 2019, Kraken X, Kraken X USB, Kraken V3 X, and Blackshark V2 X, which uses 7.1 Surround Sound. If your device belongs to the mentioned device models above, please send me a PM together with the email address connected to your Razer ID and the serial number of your device so I can check its registration status. I'll be locking this thread now.
