It really got me by surprise the fact that Blackwidow X Chroma TE is not yet supported by Synapse 3.
I just got mine today after also getting the Mamba + Firefly Hyperflux bundle last week (which is only compatible with Synapse 3) and was a bit let down by the fact that I wouldn't be able to sync both with Chroma studio.

Please guys, consider porting Blackwidow X Chroma TE to Synapse 3.

    Thanks

Oh my God. You guys just need to start doing something. I once again bought the device of your company and again it is not in the new software version. Hell! At first I buy some of the most expensive headphones on the market (tiamat 7.1 v2), now I decided to take a blackwidow te chroma keyboard. And it is also not in synapse 3. Are you kidding? Stop telling that "add soon." How many years have passed? This is the last straw. The following devices will be another vendor, fed up.

Yeah, I'm starting to think that Razer isn't that great of a company when it comes to software support.

I am on the same boat.
I reached Razer support many times and they always made me get the impression they would not port 'Legacy' products to Synapse 3. I actually mentioned that I have recently bought it and I would like to replace the product if it wasn't going to be ported and supported to Synapse 3 since it wasn't described anywhere and the price wasn't reduced for that, considering I ordered it with a Hyperflux which was a very new product at time and now I cannot even sync both together.

Bottom line, Razer have mentioned they would get back to me, but unfortunately never did. I kept contacting them with my Case ID asking for an updated and haven't got a reply. - But curiously enough, I was getting those emails from Razer asking us to provide a score to the support provided. After a few weeks another person replied to my email saying that apparently, their replies were not reaching my inbox (interesting, because the ones asking for support feedback were), but didn't address the issue at all.

Overall, this is all very disappointing. I don't think these guys have an idea that the minimum effort and amount of hours they put to port the Blackwidow X Chroma TE would be much better for that rather than making their customers upset about this situation and just buys products from another company later. Not very smart from them.
Especially because BlackWidow X Chroma (not TE) was already ported! Which makes all this even more difficult to understand.

But I will probably do the same as @Mystic67 and skip their products going forward.
I too believe they don't have enough experience in the software industry.

I’m on same boat but for information there’s seemly a bit different inside hardware between full and te BWX that made this. I think a year ago I had conversation with staff on other forums, so don’t hope it too much. Great things is, at least to me;) my BWX Te will be 2 years in few months without any single hardware issues, decent product since I use it mostly for gaming.

Once again I want to draw attention to the fact that tiamat v2 is also missing in the new software version. Obviously they just don't give a damn. In our time, this is unacceptable. And for the money. I don't give a damn about the fact that in TE there is another filling or something else. This is simply unacceptable. This is an indicator. I do not want to have more cases with razer.

    Adventure continues ... I installed synapse v2, and that's what I got.
My core i7 4770 is loaded on a 40% hung synapse. And I can't do anything about it. Suggestions???

ps If you disable one of the devices - the program works. But obviously this is not an option. I need headphones and I need macros. I would like to return this garbage back, let's see what the store says tomorrow.

Your cpu is literally more powerful than my ultrabook i7 7500U, synapse it maybe around same %, but never have such hanging issues, with Orochi and BWtTe plugged, maybe full memory issues? Or maybe update Synapse to the latest version, at first run i had also several issues, like hardware not detected, both on this laptop and previous i5 7200U ultrabook.

    @Razer
Depending on the settings for the headphone light, the program either works or hangs as described above. The exact combination for which everything works as it should, I have not found, for now.
The store refused to return, amazing ...
Okay, in my opinion, everything is simple - you !!! must !!! add a keyboard to synapse 3. If this does not happen in a week - I will sell all your devices except headphones. It's just rubbish. You advertise your chroma highlighting as a reason to assemble your company's iron kit. But at the moment, none of the devices can work together. And even if I fix the work of synapse 2 - I can not adjust the backlight of the keyboard and mouse together.
I hope you start doing something about it now, or I hope that people will start to refuse your products.
This is the last post. I finished.
