So I have never had a problem with running synapse 2 and 3 at once for my various peripherals on my pc until I updated my software a day ago. Now I cannot get orbweaver chroma to show up in synapse 2.
When will razor make orbweaver compatible with ver. 3?

I have the same issue! Orbweaver is not detected by synapse 2 or 3!
Similar issue here. Razer Orbweaver Chroma isn't working with Synapse v.2 - the profile keeps reverting to the default profile (without keybinds) and won't let me switch profiles. Tried disconnecting and reconnecting USB and installing/reinstalling Synapse v.2 and nothing. I'm running Windows 10 Pro 64-bit.
Had I known that the Orbweaver Chroma ($129.99) wouldn't be compatible with Synapse v.3 software while the Tartarus v.2 ($79.99) DOES work and is supported, I would have probably reconsidered my purchase...

Yeah, I'm done with razor, I will never buy another razor product again because of this issue. What a complete waste of money. I can't even play certain games now because I rely on this item to play with.

I got exactly the same problem after an update, I have even tried to reinstall Windows thinking there was a problem with it
