After Synapse 3 update all my Razer devices have disappeared

I've uninstalled Synapse and deleted the Razer folders, uninstalled from Device Manager and then reinstalled Synapse, but my devices refuse to be recognised. Windows 7 is assigning them standard windows drivers.

I'm not one to usually request help but I'm out of ideas.

(Example of installing just Firefly)

Same problem with tartarus v2 in windows 7
My problem turned out to be self-inflicted. I had software called "MirrorFolder" keeping a real-time mirror of my C: drive to a different hdd. My installation issue was due to some weird interaction between the mirror and real system disk which was remedied by dismounting the mirror drive from my pc.
