    Hi there
it's now almost mid April and the core is supposed to be shipped by now but I don't see any sign of it
whenever I visit the razer store I can't preorder the core it is just "notify me" instead
so when will the Core be shipped ?

I bought one and my order status says "Ships upon release of the Razer Core on 29 April" or something very close. Fingers crossed that Razer might be able to over-deliver and ship them earlier, but that's the currently given date.

As far as when they will open the orders back up is anyone's guess.

  3. I watch my email like a hawk daily to see another pre-order set for the Core...Hopefully, I can get on the next list...

Imma be honest, if I haven't already bought the RBS, I'd build my own pc.

Hold up that makes zero sense.

Not to single you out, but I'm getting a little bored with people making such bizarre comparisons. The Stealth is an ultrabook (ie a device primarily for portability), how is an alternative to an ultrabook a desktop build?

It's high time some people wrap their heads around this fact:

    - The Stealth is an ultrabook that can turn into a gaming rig with the core
    - The Blade is a notebook that can game on the go
    - A desktop is the highest spec machine you can have but it's stationary.

To compare or substitute these is completely ignoring their point of production. A desktop will never replace a notebook or ultrabook, because to invest in either of the two shows desire for something portable. If you're in the market for an Ultrabook then the Razer Stealth is extremely appealing in its class - i'd say best based on MY requirements for an ultra.

Im assumig he is saying he would have preferred to have built a desktop rather than had to wait for the stealth and the core, which togher are almost equal to a desktop.

Except there's no core out yet so how could he recommend against the stealth with that in mind? Seems like he doesn't value the Stealth and would recommend the thousand dollars go towards a desktop, which I addressed I my first post.
