Any Success With Support?

    I was curious what other people's experience has been with support.

    I previously with through RMA and mailed in the full package and I didn't get the accessories back.

    I have been asking support for over a month about the accessories and they have just been ignoring the requests and I haven't heard anything back from them. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to handle this?

    I personally like the phone and want to use it but these sort of low tactics make me want to throw this phone away and buy an iPhone 10.
