Anyone else experiencing issues with Razer Cortex and etc?

    Just as the title states, there has been quite a lot of issues that started early in the morning today. A lot of people including myself are not able to claim the daily zSilver rewards for using Razer Cortex, it seems like using Razer Cortex to play supported games are also not correctly rewarding players with zSilvers.
    Also over at Arena Razerzone, I'm not sure if you can claim your daily reward there too, but you are definitely unable to receive the points you won from voting correctly on games/matches.

    Now the big question I'm sure that a lot of you Razer Cortex users are wondering:
    Do you think Razer will compensate users the daily reward if the issue is not fixed or resolved after the daily reset?

    I sincerely hope that Razer will give Silver to all the users in return for the inconvenience caused all day.

    They did give me some ZSilver when i lost my streak due to a Server bug a week or so ago, So they should. Mind I lost it on Razer arena and not Cortex, And the guys from Arena tend to be around here more then the guys from the Cortex team.
    It may take a while, But i see them compensate all of us if we loose streaks.

    That's fantastic news as I would have just maxed out my streak today if it wasn't for the server issues. Either way, I don't mind grinding my streak back up again .... but if we're compensated it would be really awesome!

    I would be so happy if they did.
    With the understandable trouble that have been happening these days..
    But also very hard times for us users.

    It would make it a bit less sour, sorry, but that's the truth in my eyes.

    They probably would, as if they didn't they would loose a lot of people using their products, which is bad for them.

    Would be awesome, been playing for a few hours now and no zSilver, neither daily reward :/

    I lost my daily streak on arena, despite trying to claim 3 times yesterday but it didnt work :slightly_sad:

    My streak for Razer Arena has stopped too, which have gone back to Day 1. However, I did find out that there was an additional 900 zSilver added to my account! I wonder has this only occurred to me.:stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:

    I could not access the rewards section of Cortex all day yesterday. Have not been able to use my home PC yet today to see if anything has been resolved.

    i must agree that although in BETA for the arena. The daily login streak has been lost a few times due to the reward not being able to be claimed. I have logged in each day. I wonder if they are able to compensate for this. Lets hope so

    I also wasn't able to get my 900 zSilver that I worked on generating yesterday by playing League. My daily bonus didn't reset though. Right now I can't even see how many points I even have though :/
