Anyone else have support dodge their emails?


I had made a case with them to repair my Razer Phone 2 they responded within 2 days and didn't repair everything wrong with it. I have bought their expensive wireless charger (Nearly $100) for their phone and can't use it because of their battery not lasting a whole year without having issues with it. They closed my rma case number before I received my device, and now I've been waiting since 4/21 for a reply. Has anyone else had an issue like this? What did you do?

I have had nothing but problems dealing with Razer. The products themselves seem nice. BUT, the software and support are the worse I have had to deal with in some time. I personally would just keep bugging them with emails, forum posts, online chats, etc. I had to do that just to get somebody that had brain to talk to.

Yup unfortunately with their phone they only offer email support. So I can't get on the phone with a half competent person. I had said my charging port was loose, it doesnt wirelessly charge, speaker phone doesnt pick up any audio from a distance, front facing camera doesnt work. All of this tested in safe mode, with factory reset. They only fixed a loose charging port and now im being dodged. I have bought a lot of razer in the past but this support is horrendous
They do the same with their PC accessories. I would NEVER buy anything expensive from them. I have a piss poor view of them just dealing with PC keyboard and mouse. Mess with my cell, and they would not like the outcome. Razer has become a joke
