APPCRASH THXSERVICE

I have had this issue with THXservice causing appcrash which freezes my pc. I disabled the THXservice and THXSpatialSpeakers as well, but I am not sure if it fixed the problem. However I am using Razer Nari Ultimate and it seems like the settings I change in Razer Synapse 3 does not work at all. The only thing I see works is when I turn on haptic feedback, but everything else not noticable. I have tried a clean boot of Windows 10 and reinstalled Razer Synapse 3 as well without luck.
