Are Razer Green/Cherry MX Blues distracting when gaming?

  1. Hi, just a quick question to anyone who has got a Blackwidow with a razer green/cherry mx blue switch, do you find that the clicky sound has any negative impact on the immersion of the gameplay itself? I've invested in a Razer Leviathan, and I really like the clicky feel/sound of the keyboard but I'm worried that it'll take away from the experience of playing immersive games.
  2. My Blackwidow has Razer greens. I'd only had membrane keyboards before this, so I was hyper-aware of the noise it made, to the point that I'd always keep the door as I thought my wife was going to start moaning about it. Once you've had it a week or two though it becomes "normal" and you just don't notice the sound at all.

Yeah you don't really notice it, it's just there. Even if you could notice it, the feel is worth it :big_grin_:

I find the bump more annoying than the sound tbh.

You shouldn't be distracted by the sound as you are "making" the sound
