now, i have been a big fan of razer for some time, and i do check regulary for new products. but i've been going to the asian razer websites a lot after i heard some things about buying in china is cheaper blablabla and i discovered these ones:

-http://world.tmall.com/item/18060311507.htm?spm=a312a.7700824.w10931787-13260161489.16.525U5f&id=18060311507&scene=taobao_shop (Razer Taipan with 3 color backlighting)

    - http://world.tmall.com/item/1704702...ff67c8c8188c553f&abbucket=7&skuId=58440098901 (Razer Krait which is basically a abyssus with the sensor of the taipan and orange lighting)

bonus, i also found these 2 weird keyboard and mouse combo packs

so, what are ur opinions on these asia market only, should they deserve a more global release, cuss i would want these (well the mice atleast), altho maybe in a newer version, cuss it seems like these ones are a bit outdated

Are we sure that those are legitimate Razer items? I have never seen a white razer mouse in my life - it just doesn't feel like them

    These are not weird:
The first one is BlackWidow TE
The second one is Cyclosa + Abyssus

I have no idea what the mouse is in the first one though...looks like a Deathadder without side buttons? Are these legit Razer items?

there were also a couple of collabs for the asian version of crossfire online, but they dont seem to sell the anymore. they included a red version and a blue version of the deathadder (3500 dpi), a red goliathus mousepad, a black kraken headset, a red blackwidow ultimate (not sure about this one doh) and in-game skins bundled with them for certain guns

and in case anyone is asking, the links i posted are all legit, in china razer just has their own page on tmall/taobao instead of a standalone website, just change ur country to china/hongkong/korea on the razer website and see it for yourself

that one is just the previous version of the abyssus, they do still sell the older versions of certain mouses in asia for some bizar reason, probably to get rid of stock they couldnt sell out before

they are legit links, they are from the official razer store in china, if u change ur country to china u'll get to the same website as i was on

Or at least edit them. One or two messages back to back are generally acceptable - but 4 back to back to back can be considered spamming towards a post count. Just a friendly heads up :D

Maybe they test if the products are popular, and release the popular ones to global? lol
  11. I envy the Razer store in China. They have a lot more options for mice, keyboard, headphones. There are cheaper Razer stuff in China since some people can't really afford to buy a BW Chroma. If you compare the price of a non-Asian only Razer item, it's more expensive. It might be because of it's a foreign product and there's customs, and duties and whatever involved.

Buying from Tmall from the Us (if you're not going to use a Tmall agent) is a bit tricky since you need a Tmall account and an Alipay. You might want google translate if you're having a bit of a hard time around the website, or you can use a Tmall agent.

Well if you think about it. Asia as a single market is HUGE. And the bigger the market, the better the chance that it will be able to support a greater variety of products. So it just makes sense they can offer products there that in the US or Europe would be rather marginal.

Look at cell phones, there are scaled down version of various phones that are offered in smaller countries because they need a cheaper phone with fewer features that may be completely useless in those countries.

Good find! If I buy from China it's on aliexpress but assume anything you order is fake

It is in yuan, that's why I said after converting to USD.
    A China Blackwidow Ultimate 2016 is Y999 = $152 US. Taiwan BWU 2016 is $3990 TWD = $120 USD. On the US site it's $110 US.
The only thing interesting is the availability of more lower end products like low dpi Deathadders etc.
