Audio bug Razer Nari Ultimate

The headset I had before the Naris was a pair of wired Krakens. Never had a problem with the audio or mic once with them, I just wanted something wireless. So I ended up with the Naris, and bought them on Amazon and they showed up a couple days later. When I purchase a $200 headset I expect to be able to basically plug them in and use them without any severe issues or bugs. Everything was fine until I got in a discord call. That's when people instantly told me they could hear everything I was doing on my computer. Any loud sounds from a game or really any noise would broadcast straight to discord. Of course I made sure all my settings and Inputs/outputs were all right, and still everyone could hear my games. What seems to be happening is the sound output to the headset is somehow getting mixed in with the mic. When I look at the mic monitoring in discord all the sounds from the computer are just as loud if not louder than my voice so changing the mic sensitivity does absolutely nothing. And if I go into sounds settings and turn on "listen to this device" I just get a bunch of echoing. I also tried the headset on another computer and also tried the analog connection but got the same results. ON A $200 HEADSET THAT REALESED ALMOST 3 YEARS AGO! I already spoke to someone at Razer support, and they said that it was more than likely a manufacturing issue, which made sense to me, so I returned the headset and bought another one hoping that would fix the issue. Even the second one they sent me is doing the same shit. Can someone help me? I feel like it shouldn't be this hard to get a headset working. I've tried looking it up and spent hours trying to mess with settings and uninstall basically everything including drivers and synapse with no luck. It doesn't make sense to me that this is an actual problem and I hope I'm just doing something wrong. I would like to use this headset but if this can't be fixed I'm going to have to get something else I guess.

Anyone else having this problem?
