Audio issues with Razer Kraken TE

Good evening,
I have not had this headset very long at all. A couple weeks maybe.. I have already tried contacting support about the issue and tried doing some of my own research with no helpful results. When i bought these they worked wonderfully, they were loud, clear, and i could hear everything. Now today, halfway through the day they got 2x quieter for NO REASON, and i can barely hear sounds i need to hear, like footsteps and grenades skating across the floor towards me, for games like COD: Warzone and the like. I don't know if the drives inside the headset are dying? If so that is extremely quick and will probably not be purchasing another Razer headset if this is the case. Also, it doesnt seem to matter what changes i make in Razer Synapse because i hear absolutely NO CHANGE no matter what i change in the program audio wise. I absolutely loved these things when i took them out of the box and hooked them up, but now im not so sure. If there is a fix for this i would love to know. NEED HELP!

Hi! Could you simply low down the sound by accidentally touching manual controls? (like game/chat balance button or the one on the cable? the second one is especially, i myself usually touch it because it lives its own life)
Or try to make a set up for equalizer, maybe will be better. Also there is an option of "Sound normalisation" or something like that and it makes headset a bit louder.
I checked all of the settings for the USB controller when i was trying to figure out what the problem was, it didnt help.

Hey there! Thanks for posting your Razer Kraken TE's concern here. Have you tested the headset to a different USB port or computer? If you are using a computer with a 3.5mm audio-mic combo port which is typical for laptops, please test the headset without the USB audio controller and see if the issue persists. If you are using Windows 10, version 1703, and above, please disable the spatial sound under the sound properties and see if it helps. Please refer to the screenshot below:
