My son has a new pair of Razor Kraken headset (green cable).
They work fine in youtube but in Fortnite there is most of the time no audio.Am using the USB connector on top of PC case but even swithing to rear USB ports brings no changes. In sound settings the headset is indicated as audio output device. The PC (win10) has no stand alone sound card.
I have checked for driver updates but seems to be current. Headset works fine on PS4.

There isn't a need for a stand-alone sound card if you have a USB headset. Would you mind sending over the serial number of the headset and a screenshot of the sound settings in Fortnite through PM? You can find the serial number on the box or underneath the left earpad of the headset.
