Audio shifts to one side and back

I have Razer kraken tournament edition with synapse 3 software for few months now, but out of nowhere left side of my headphones is more silent (cant be tunned by Windows software cuz ofter while it gets silenter even more). The audio shifts to my right side and after while it goes back or just completely mutes on left side and plays only on the right. I have tried to reinstall Synapse, installing most recent drivers even putting Windows to default setting (with keeping my stuff) but it still spontaneously does this stuff. Most likely it has nothing to do with cables. Anything I can do?
