Aux dongle not working..

    Hi, I can't get the headphone dongle to work. When I plugged it in, nothing happens, and when I plugged headphones in nothing happens and audio keeps playing thru speakers.. I've tried 5 different headphones that I know work. Is there a setting somewhere that needs to be turned on to recognize the dongle or I have a bad one? Anyone else's headphone adapter not working?

    The usbc port on phone works 100% because I can charge and transfer files..

    Ok buddy I think I know a fix. Clearly your speakers are overriding your other port. I suggest that you switch the port with the headphones and speakers. Also have you tried setting the playback device? You need to go to speaker icon> Right click> playback devices> select the one you want and default it

    Not seeing no playback devices option in sound settings .. sounds like you're talking about a pc. Right click?

    I think you may just have a faulty port in that case. Nothing much you can do. Sorry
     
  5. I was having the same problem. But when I went to Developer Options on the Setting, I found a "Select USB Configuration" option. I connected the dongle with the headphones plugged in, and changed that option to "Audio Source" and it worked just fine!

    I'm having this same issue, when you have the adapter plugged in do you get the "USB supplying power to attached device" notification?

    No I don't. I tried the method where you select audio option in developer settings still nothitn.. just doesn't recognize the fact the adapter is plugged in.

  11. Curious how this worked out for you. My new phone has the exact same problem. Support has no clue how to fix this. I looked online and it appears that its a common problem. Razer should be providing better support. Not happy about this.

    They sent a return label. For an exchange of the dongle.
