Hello everyone,

I don't know if I'm able to post this here, but I'm planning to buy the Razer Blade 14 2022 (with the RTX 3060), but it's still unavailable (I couldn't pre-order it due to money xD)

Does anyone know when this specific laptop is available again? If needed: I'm from Europe (The Netherlands).

I hope to get an answer about this :)

Kind regards,
HueZuX

The preorder was delayed till mid April ETA from late March, there’s rumour that some factory in china are off due increasing COVID number and some laptops factory or suppliers are effected that made other brands new 2022 was also delayed not only Razer apparently. However there’s already review from china tech website uploaded yesterday, so hopefully it’ll come sooner.
If there are already first reviews, that's good. I'm also waiting for news about the new model Razer Blade 14 on sale, as I want to upgrade my gaming laptop.
I still don’t have seen any new/good reviews yet about the Blade 14 tbh. I've asked multiple people (on Reddit) about the quality of their Razer laptop and their experiences and I decided to not wait any longer on this overpriced machine. The whole subreddit is full of people complaining about Razers customer support, thats a no for me. In the mean time I bought an Alienware X14. It still have to arrive but I've read and seen multiple reviews about that laptop and it's seems much more worth for me. It have better specs than the Blade 14 (32 GB ram vs Razers 16 GB ram, 2 TB SSD vs Razers 1 TB ssd and better CPU. Same GPU but Razer does have a higher TGP, which is fine for me that the Alienware has a bit less tho) but it was way cheaper (with student discount) than the Razer Blade, and Dell has a very good customer support in our country. If Razer could have a better support and faster shipping/availability I'd definitely bought the Blade 14 but not this time. I'm sorry Razer, it's their fault imo.
Did they move to usb-c charging or still a custom power?

Really want the 2022 14 but every other laptop and tablet we have now charges via usb-c and really digging the omegle simplicity.

Yes unfortunately it has only 16gb max ram atm, Alienware x15 though only up to 3060 and it’s using intel alderlake, means it’s better performance than amd 6000 on higher wattage, means worse battery life which’s important thing from this portable class laptop. Yes it’s Reddit, fulfilled by haters not only Razer subreddit.

USB C still mostly limited to 100 watt where gaming laptops needs more than that, you can charge it with both usb c ports but don’t expect the max performance from the hardware. There’re some funny gaming laptops that use usb c, but only up to 3050ti that is throttled hugely to around 5 years old 1060 performance, don’t be fooled by tech simplicity imo.
