We apologize for the inconvenience this issue has caused you. To quickly resolve it, please follow the below steps:
- Exit Razer Cortex PC from System Tray
- Go to this directory > %localappdata%\\Razer\\Razer Cortex\\UICache
- Delete the "UICache" folder
- Re-launch Razer Cortex PC
We will release a new version to resolve it completely very soon. Please update your Razer Cortex to the latest version after our new release.
