Bad sound when recording/streaming - Razer Nari Ultimate/Razer Kraken TE

Hello everyone! I have recorded a video of problem which i am talking about but will describe it shortly.
So here is the thing - If i chose THX spatial as device in OBS - it simply not working. If i chose TE-game in OBS then sound appears but it sounds awfull. I asked about it in support by mail, but they didnt respond properly, answering that it should work as we describe here and THX are only drivers or something, i ll post it here what was answered by support on mail to me - "You mentioned on the video that the sound does not work when you select the THX Sound on the OBS Streamlabs. I would like to set expectation that the THX Spatial option on the default device that should be selected is the Audio Controller-Game or Kraken TE- Game since the THX Spatial stands for a driver that is used by Synapse 3 only. I hope this is informative." That was answered. But i agree that sound THX spatial mode is much, much, much better. Point is that even viewers now notice this and ask why the sound is strange.
I just remember that it was not so for some period. I was actively streaming TESo august-september-october 2019 and i was able to use THX spatial as a default in OBS and sound was good. But someday something broke and it just only Game mode now available to use in OBS or streamlabs. So it was definitely some update synapse or windows.
So i want some commentaries from razer support if iy should work as intended or it is a soft bug which should be somehow fixed?
If it is working properly - then i want some info about how to set up a TE - game mode in OBS because i tried everything possible thing in Games/synapse/EQ etc but nothing there improves the sound on stream.
P.S. on the second tes you ll be able to hear the tests sounds because of sensitivity of microphone, in OBS it still cant be reproduced)
