Hello, I have a problem with the new Razer Barracuda X headset, which make a buzzing sound when the wheel is set to the maximum at the back of the headset. Can you advise me on how to solve this problem or will complaints help?
there is no buzz when lowering the volume with the dial or by connecting a 3.5 mm jack.
