Barracuda X Dongle not working properly....

I purchased a Barracuda X headset and I can pair it, but after like 3 mins of using Windows stop recognizing the dongle....

Were there any changes applied to your system/device before the issue? Do you get the same result when connecting to a computer via a 3.5mm combo jack? Do send me the serial number of your Barracuda X via PM. I can use it to look into possible solutions.
