Barracuda X quiet mic

Hi everyone! I have specyfic issue with Barracuda X headset. After a couple of weeks of using headset mic became very quiet, and I can not change any setting because everything is on maximum. There is also no booster option in device settings and drivers are updated to the latest version. Is there any software options to resolve this problem or will I have to file a complaint with the manufacturer?
