Barracuda x wireless issue.

Hello all.
Im having the following issue and im asking here if somebody could help me.
Just bought the barracuda x headset, the problem is that the volume is significantly low when you connect it wireless via the usb dongle to platforms like ps4, ps5, switch, and android.
This is weird because if you connect them to a pc same way via the usb wireless dongle they sound way louder, and if you connect them to the the platforms with the issue via cable audio jack they sound loud as well.
The issue only is when you use the wireless dongle.
I already activated the 7.1 settings on the pc, checked ell the volume configurations on the other platforms that i connect them to.
Is this normal or am i looking at something faulty?

Same exact issue here, using with the Nintendo Switch. I am actually on my way to Best Buy right now to return the headset for a refund. I purchased on February 14th, tried every which way to get volume, and with no luck I am beyond frustration. Garbage product when used with the Switch
