Basilisk left mouse button double-clicks when held down

(I posted this to the wrong forum yesterday)

My (fall 2018) Basilisk has developed an occasional problem where it sometimes double-clicks the left mouse button when I hold it down to drag. It happens several times a day, and it seems to be more frequent as time passes.

A little casual searching suggests that this is a problem with the switch on that button. If so, is this something I could fix myself?

Were there any changes made to your device/system before the issue? Does the issue happen when Synapse is closed or disabled? Isolate the problem by following the steps from this link. Let's see if it helps.

I am having the same issue, I have a mamba wireless. the left click constantly clicks/unclicks/click when held down. This is solved by blowing into the mouse like an old NES cartridge. I've followed all the items through the link you posted. The fact it is fixed for a short period of time when I blow into it leads me to believe it's not software releated but hardware releated. Any help would be appreciated.

And yes, using a can of compressed air to blow away dirt from the affected button is part of the issue isolation. Also, check if the behavior happens when the mouse is connected to another USB port or computer. Should the issue persists, please send me a PM or submit a case to our Support Team.
