Basilisk on board memory button not working

Since I got my basilisk, the switch for onboard memory hasn't been working, I noticed that the light actually changes color when the computer is locked, but that's about it.

my friend, who has a Lancehead TE also told me his button wasn't doing anything.

I'd just like to know if this is a widespread issue and if razer knows about it and plans to update it somehow, i'm sure if this is seen by the right people they'll do something about it

does your mouse have the same problem?

For the button to work, you have to have profiles saved into the onboard memory. Can you put up a screenshot of how your profiles in Synapse 3?

Thanks. When you press the onboard memory button, are you getting any sort of pop up notification at all? Also, what changes are you expecting when changing onboard profiles?
