Basilisk Ultimate Charging Issue

Hi I've had my Basilisk Ultimate for about a year now and its been having a lot of charging issues. My mouse simply won't charge anymore. I've done just about everything, left my computer on, cleaned the connection points, switched usb spots, everything, but even with the charging cable my mouse won't charge.

Maybe something is wrong with the battery.

Do the mouse and its charging dock's RGB still work? Please PM me the serial number of your device along with a copy of its proof of purchase. Those will help me verify its warranty status and look for a way to fix this.
