Battery Bulging

I want to get a replacement but the support number and chat is down. I want to get a new battery shipped to me. I did remove the battery.

Should I go 3rd party? Please don’t tell me they are unsafe that would be ironic.

I got a hold of Razer via telephone. I tried on an off for about two hours “before posting”. The phone line keep dropping. The guy told me I need to ship in my Laptop for a battery replacement. The guy said he cant ship parts. That’s ridiculous, I’m asking to buy one new battery. A company “by gamers for gamers” should know that a lot of gamers know how to upgrade/replace parts.

Also my camera does not work!

Do you guys have any idea on what will break next?

My laptop is only 2 years old ‘2018 15” GTX 1070’. I’m going to take my marbles and play elsewhere next time.

Hey there! Thanks for posting your concern and feedback here. Did you receive an email after contacting the Support Team? I suggest sending the laptop for repair. Feel free to send me a PM together with your case number. Let's continue from there. Consider this thread locked. Please refer to our house rules.
