Battery Capacity Unknown issue since windows 1903

Since I updated to the latest version of windows 1903, randomly after wakeup from sleep the battery capacity will show as unknown. If I plug it in the capacity will show up and will not charge to 100%. If I wake the computer from sleep with external power applied, the capacity shows at 255%. I have ran a powercfg report and it states it may be an issue with the BIOS. It's currently updated to the latest 2.03 and the Intel ME is 4.00. The battery reports is 00002RazerBetty. Have any others ran into this issue? I have already uninstalled Battery driver from the device manager and it reinstalled each power cycle.
