Battery drain quickly on Razer Phone 2
I bought razer phone 2 last week. The drains so quickly that it reduces 20% when i watch a 20 minutes youtube video. I have tried many ways by reducing the refresh rate and resolution size. Is it because of a bug? Please help me to figure it out what the problem

If your phone is brand new (and acquired from a trusty source), maybe you've got a faulty battery and should RMA it. I can use mine at full specs for about 2 hours before having to start to worry about battery life.

I agree. Your battery is most likely faulty.

Hey i would suggest contact the Razer support https://support.razer.com/contact-support/ also without any further delay as they can help you with the fastest resolution as well.

Hi, I got my RP2 since June as a replacement because my original RP1 became faulty.
I'm experiencing very similar things, if not the same, about the RP2 battery.
Average Screen On Time of my RP1 was 7-8 hours, easily!
RP1 lasts for almost 2 days if SOT is less than a few hours.
However, since I got my RP2, the best SOT I got was 3-4 hours tops!!!!!!
Also, my fully charge phone would go from 100% to below 50% over night, WITHOUT using it at all.
I contacted Razer Support a number of times, which ended up me factory resetting my phone a number of times (no apps installed and still getting the same results) and RMA sending it back to them 2 times!
And guess what? They said the battery is normal.
I used to love my RP1 to death, but I'm getting really really disappointed by RP2. The support people are useless as well.
Clearly there are problems with the battery or software!!!
