Hi,
I've noticed my battery draining while it's plugged in and in use (tested with World of Warcraft and using an internet browser so far). I've lowered the brightness and battery saving/performance to about half, and it still drains. I first noticed when I was playing WoW and got a low battery alert before it shut down in the middle of the game. Since I adjusted the brightness I've noticed about a 4-10% drop per hour, which seems extremely high. I unboxed it two days ago.
Any suggestions for what's wrong or things I can do to fix it? Thanks.

when playing CS:GO, even when the computer is plugged in, the battery runs out and turns off the computer.
