My Laptop Battery has become swollen, and I would like to replace it. My Laptop (*Omitted) Mercury silver is out of warranty and I would like to replace myself.

How could I go about getting a new battery?

    Thank you,

Hi snarfdoogle and DemxnSunny! Please refrain from using the laptop for your safety. Have you both contacted our Support Team via chat or email? If you haven't, please send me a PM so I can initiate a repair request on your behalf. Take note that the team can only offer repair for out-of-warranty units to those countries/regions where Razer ships products. I’ll be locking this thread now. Feel free to send me a PM anytime or visit our self-help options should you have other questions or concerns.
