Battery not charging properly

When my laptop is plugged in it will frequently switch between 'charging' and 'unplugged' until ultimately the charge runs out.

I've tried suggested troubleshooting solution but nothing has 100% fixed it yet.

Has anyone else had this issue?

I have the same problem. It started happening a few weeks after i bought the laptop. I went through all the troubleshooting and everything razer told me to do over the phone and no luck. so i sent it in for them to look at it. They ran tests and said it was fine, changed the battery for me and sent it back to me. Here i am a month and a half later and it just started happening again... I've seen these posts dating back to 2015.. why does razer pump out these laptops with faulty batteries?

Thanks for the video. Does this only happen when you leave the Blade plugged in after being fully charged?
No this will still occur when the Blade is not fully charged and then plugged in for charging.

It happens whenever I am playing a game or running other programs that require high performance.

I've been having the same issue with my charger/ battery! I've done all the things Razer asked including factory resetting my computer but it still happens, its super annoying because when I'm trying to play games the fps will drop and rise due to battery saver mode being activated over and over. Any chance you could tell me what you did to resolve the issue? If someone could help me I'd appreciate it considering I've been struggling with this problem and troubleshooting for the past two weeks or so.

Hi there! I have already sent a reply to your PM. Let's continue there.
Ive been having the same issue with my charger. I have tried different chargers with similar issues. I have even tried replacing the dc input cable from the inside of the laptop, still issues. MY battery was tested by razer support and it was flawless. Are there any solutions to this?
