Battery not detected

Hi I own a mid 2019 advangnced blade, and from a few days ago, windows started complaining saying that it couldn't detect the battery, even though if I unplug it, the computer continues on working. I tried removing the back panel, disconnecting the battery and discharging the capacitors, by pressing the power button while disconnected. It solvs the issue for some time, but then it goes back to the same issue. I also tried uninstalling the battery software from device manager, and installing it again, but it just keeps happening. Any idea what is going on?
