Battery worn out
Im using the viper ultimate,so recently i think the battery start to ran out so soon and is there anything i can do ? Like replace the battery or something guys

Just a heads-up; by using a third-party support vendor to replace the Viper battery you will lose the warranty.
Seek an advice from RAZER Support about the Viper ULT battery check/replacement under the current warranty.
Otherwise, use it the old fashion way of connecting the dongle wire directly to the mouse for now.

Can you PM me the serial number and share a copy of your receipt so I can validate its model and its warranty status? You can use Google Drive in sharing the receipt with me. Thanks!
