Is anyone going to be playing the BF Hardline beta this February 3-8? If so I'll be on PC http://battlelog.battlefield.com/bf4/user/mongoose_panda/
I plan to, I enjoyed the beta last year for it quiet a bit. my friends and I basically stopped playing anything else when it was active. however I really feel that this should have been a DLC for BF4 and not a game all on it's own. but we will see how it plays when it is released and find out.
Voted for PC . I've always played BF on PC and will not buy a console because of Hardline. My BF4 Profile & Origin ID in my signature

I watched that trailer and it's cool and all, but most of that stuff looks gimmicky. I'm not coming at someone who's got a m16, with a tazer. No thanks. Batons? Come on
ill be trying it on Xbox One, PS4 and PC. Main platform will be PC for when this game is released. It might be PS4 since DICE didnt make it, so i wont be so inclined to play it hardcore on my PC, but from watching people streaming it, looks like visceral did a good job so I most likely will play it on PC
So I've been playing it for a bit and it's really good but it crashes for me on pc and the weapon interface is really messy with 36'00 things flashing around and inexplicable things. But the gameplay and the gamemodes are really fun!
I have been playing the beta on Xbox One. So far the three game modes are Heist, Hotwire, and Large Conquest. Heist is basic go grab loot try to make it to the escape while other team tries to stop you. Hotwire is Grab one of 5 vehicles and try to drive it around the fastest and it will gain you points. Large Conquest is classic Battlefield conquest with lots of players both sides. So far Hotwire seems to be they way to level up the fastest, Grab a vehicle and keep driving and you will build up cash and experience very easily. Beware in that mode that grenade launchers and explosives can be easily placed in the path of vehicles and destroy them. One plus is you can have players join you in the vehicles and they can lean out and shoot at other people while you are driving around. Very interesting and fun mode. Over all they made the leveling up and selection of gear easier this time around for beta and you can tell servers didn't have many issues finding a game to play. I'm looking forward to this because the military game fps franchises do need some new blood. How many games are they going to do back in the past or jump into the future? We as gamers need new innovations to keep the genre going. I hope to see more exciting features come release date.
So the Beta just ended. Anyone know if they will be relaunching it or something and when it is actually coming out? By the way I just wanted your opinion on the fact that you need to buy the weapons after already unlocking them. I personally think that is stupid. Other than that the game is very pleasant, past-paced and the small amount of weapons that I used were all different and well-balanced.
It comes out on March 17. I only had to buy the weapon once unless you mean having to buy weapons for each side? That was the only downfall about Hardline to me is that you have to buy the weapons for each side or get the license to have it available for both cops and criminals. Also the load times were really quick which was a nice change compared to when I played BF4.
