Black screen for all games!

Hi I have just purchased a Razer Blade 15. It is now 2 days old. I have installed 6 games and when I run them they are ALL running but with a black screen. I can hear the music, I can hear the cursor rolling over the buttons. Everything seems to be working except the is no visual. I have run the games in different trouble shooting modes and as administrator and there is nothing! $3500.00 dollars for a gaming laptop that doesn't even begin to work. I have tried to manage the game in 3D settings in the Nvidia control panel as suggested online. Nothing. Any help would be appreciated. Tnx
