Black Widow Elite keyboard not responding

Every few days my black widow elite keyboard stops responding. Nothing I type goes to my PC. I pulled and replaced the usb plugs, no help. I reboot my PC and the keyboard starts working as it should.

Is there any fix for this? It's very troublesome to have to reboot when this occurs.

Do you get the same results with and without Synapse running in the background? Have you tried connecting it to a different computer? Try to isolate the behavior by following the steps from this link. If that doesn't help, send me the serial number via PM.
