everything was perfectly fine the night before (9/27/21) i get on it today after work and my tab button no longer works, neither does my entire number pad. What the fuck? and please don't link me to the stupid support steps. Its clearly a hardware issue bc the keys still don't work no matter what computer its plugged into. nothing has spilled on it, i clean it multiple times a month. i really cant afford to drop another $200 on a new board. anything help would be greatly appreciated. thank you!

Okay. Then PM me the serial number of your keyboard together with a copy of your proof of purchase. I can use those to verify its model and check its warranty status. Let's continue from there.
