Hi all,
My mic stopped working, I have restarted the computer and checked all settings (I never changed a thing anyway), however my mic suddenly stopped working.
Any tips would be helpful and thanks in advance!

on the headphones, is the button on the back of the left side pressed in or out?

does your device have a speaker port and a microphone port? If so, use the splitter cable included with the headphones.

Try the steps here for further isolation. If that didn't help, PM me the serial number so I can validate its model and check for other steps to help you resolve the mic problem. Thanks!
