Blackshark v2 Pro no sound issues (HELP)

Hey, so I just unpacked my Blackshark v2 Pros, plugged it all in paired it via bluetooth (solid non-blinking blue light) and it is registered on my computer now as the default sound device. The problem now is I hear nothing, during tests, during gaming, or anything. I can see my system making noise via the sound bar going up and down but I cannot hear anything. I've updated drivers, restarted the computer, tried a laptop of mine (completely different computer), twisted the audio level nob on the side, tried multiple USB ports etc..with no luck. Now it is just plugged in and charging (blinking green) and still no sound.

Any ideas or tips would be appreciated!


edit: I unplugged the charging cable and I can't seem to get any light to show up, blue or green. Do I just need to let it charge the full three hours before the first use? Was hoping to test then let it charge but maybe I can't do this?

edit2: the 3.55 jack works, I have sound..now to figure out the wireless portion

edit3: Seems like the sound is in full swing but I can't get the microphone to work now haha 😞

Congrats on your new purchase! Setting up a new device is sometimes tricky. By the way, did you try running your Windows Sound Troubleshooter to identify conflicts in the computer's audio settings? Is the Razer BlackShark V2 Pro recognized by Razer Synapse 3.0 when it's connected to your computer through its USB wireless transceiver? Ensure that the dongle is connected to your computer's USB port, not on a hub. Please check the suggested link below on how to resolve audio and mic issues:
